SHIPPING INFORMATION

At this time, USPS and UPS are not guaranteeing delivery dates regardless of the shipping method selected. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

At Mazz Designs, we strive to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly and delivered to you in a safe and timely manner. Here is some important information about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time:

Under normal volume, we aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). However, during times of high volume, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holidays in general, it may take up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. This processing time applies regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout, including Priority Mail.

Shipping Carriers:

Once your order leaves the Mazz Designs warehouse, it is entrusted to reliable shipping companies to ensure safe and undamaged delivery. However, please be aware that we do not have control over what happens after your order is dispatched. Occasionally, packages may get lost or accidents may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If you encounter any problems with your order or shipment, we recommend that you first contact the shipping carrier directly for the quickest and most up-to-date information regarding your package. The shipping carrier will be able to provide you with detailed tracking updates and assistance with any delivery-related inquiries. If you have reached out to the shipping carrier and are still facing issues or require further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at mazzdesigns@yahoo.com. We understand the importance of your order and will investigate the situation promptly, doing our best to rectify any issues that may have arisen during shipping.

U.S. Shipping:

For most U.S. orders, we utilize shipping services such as USPS First-Class, First-Class Package, Priority Mail, or UPS, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance with authorized Mazz Designs personnel. Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the destination. Therefore, shipping prices can vary for each order and will be calculated at the time of checkout. We can ship to valid U.S. P.O. Boxes. In general, most orders are expected to arrive within 2-6 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse.

International Orders Outside the U.S.:

International orders may be shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping times for international orders vary significantly depending on the destination country. Typically, packages arrive within 7-30 business days, but please note that this is not guaranteed. If there are specific circumstances or considerations that may affect shipping to your country, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly. Please be aware that international orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions due to the higher cost of international shipping. To ensure better tracking, we highly recommend using UPS or DHL for international shipments. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for any packages shipped internationally through USPS.

Canceling/Changing Your Order:

We take pride in our industry-leading shipping times, which means that most of the time, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed, especially during high volume periods. This also includes adding a discount or code after an order has been placed. However, once you receive your order, you can initiate a return for a refund or exchange following our exchange policy. Please note that when shipping internationally with USPS, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the mainland. To ensure better tracking, we highly recommend using UPS or DHL for international shipments.
